Hi, I’m Michele, and I’m passionate about inspiring people to live their best lives regardless of the past. I believe that anyone can change and I am committed to helping people remove the barriers that so often stand in the way of happiness and living life to the fullest.
Life can feel really hard sometimes and we ALL have challenges and loss that we must face. I was stuck for a very long time and in all honesty, made plenty of mistakes along the way. Life was not what I had thought it would be but I knew that my life could be so much better and I was determined to change it. It is because of my life experiences, losses and my work as a coach and a grief recovery specialist, that I have gained valuable wisdom and amazing life lessons in my journey of transformation and change.
Through my writing, speaking and programs, I share proven strategies for finding happiness, success, forgiveness, love and peace. It is my hope that I can help others to recognize that they too can change, heal and move beyond their pain.
The goal of this blog is to share tools and resources that will help you to identify and change the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck and negatively impact your life. As a warrior of change and hope, I’m always in search of finding new ways to manage challenges, minimize suffering, and to discover true joy and a peaceful heart. This site will share articles, quotes and resources that are honest, real, from the heart and confronts the many things that we all stumble upon and face.
Here at Inspiration by Michele, I am committed to walking this journey with you including when things get tough and there is loss and pain. My hope is that things shared will provide insight, inspire change, stir something deep inside of you, create reflection, motivate you and help you to thrive.
I believe in you and I am here to help in any way that I can.
In peace and with love,
A Personal Note
Originally from a small town in Western Wisconsin, I have lived in the Midwest most of my life and love the four seasons. I am married to a wonderful man and between the two of us we have six amazing daughters. Yes, we are the female version of the Brady Bunch.
When we are home I love reading, writing, movies, going to concerts, spending quality time with family and friends, volunteering and spending time up North at the cabin to relax and breathe. My husband works in travel and I am blessed to travel all over the world and love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. In truth, I love working when I can help make a difference in the lives of others. I love writing, coaching, speaking, and connecting with people who have experienced loss, have a desire to change and who want to live a happier life. I am grateful that I get to do what I do!
Life is good.
